What are your hours of operation?We typically work weekdays, weekends, and government holidays. We have a distinct group that works on weekly cleaning programs from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Furthermore, we are always working on any specialized assignment. We are available for you every day, at any time!

Can I stay at home while the cleaning is taking place?Yes, you do not have to leave your house or commercial building while we are working. You are always free to come and leave as you like.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment?Yes. We bring our own cleaning supplies.

What type of products do you use?We always use environmentally friendly chemicals for your service.

Is it necessary for me to give a to-do list before starting work?It is not required because we are collecting your information when we accept your contract. However, it is preferable if you show our crew the places that need to be cleaned in accordance with your specifications.

How do I pay?You can pay us with cheques, cash, online transfers, and pre-authorized debit.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my cleaning appointment?If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know within 48 hours. So that we may manage the time and reschedule our team to your appointment according to your preferences.

What if I am unhappy with your service?If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours after your cleaning and we will return to make it right! Your total satisfaction and our commitment are the most essential things to us at the end of the day!
